Lauren Sisneros is the founder of LS Consultants, LLC, a firm specializing in consultancy and interim management services for nonprofit and education organizations. The company provides a range of services, including board management, program development and implementation, facilitation, fundraising, grant writing, marketing strategy, policy tracking, and recruitment. With a strong background in project management, nonprofit leadership, higher education, and policy analysis, Sisneros has worked with notable clients such as the Prosperity Denver Fund, Contractor Academy, Education Commission of the States, and Strong Start to Finish.
Sisneros earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University-Pueblo and a master’s degree in Education from Colorado State University Global. She later graduated from the University of Denver’s Latino Leadership Institute, a nine-month fellowship program that prepares Latino professionals for elevated roles of influence in Colorado. Sisneros participated in the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Leadership Program, an 11-month program that aims to transform actively engaged civic leaders into community champions through in-depth experiences with a close network.
Sisneros is a Colorado native, born and raised in the San Luis Valley. She currently resides in Lakewood, Colorado. She is a proud mother of two children who are currently pursuing their college degrees. She loves spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.
Sisneros has a long history of supporting educational access in Colorado. She is strongly aligned with NCHEMS’s mission to shape the future of postsecondary education, ensuring it serves the needs of the community. Sisneros is particularly passionate about advocating for underserved populations and ensuring their needs are met.
